- Jack Burditt is an executive producer and creator of Last Man Standing. Burditt's television credits include Frasier, Just Shoot Me!, The New Adventures of Old Christine and 30 Rock.
- Tim Allen is an executive producer and star of Last Man Standing. A stand-up comedian and actor, Allen is best known for his role as Tim Taylor on the long-running ABC sitcom Home Improvement and for his work in the Disney film series Toy Story and The Santa Clause. Allen stars as Mike Baxter in Last Man Standing, which marks his return to television twelve years after Home Improvement ended.
- Marty Adelstein is an executive producer and parter in the 21 Laps/Adelstein production company. In a Hollywood career spanning over 25 years, Adelstein has been a producer, manager and agent. His TV credits include Tru Calling, Point Pleasant and Prison Break.
- Becky Clements is an executive producer on Last Man Standing. After moving to Los Angeles, she worked for Brillstein Grey Television and eventually became its executive vice president. Her television credits include Newsradio, Just Shoot Me! and Samantha Who.
- Shawn Levy is a successful film director whose films have grossed over $1.6bn worlwide. Levy's production company, 21 Laps Entertainment, is behind Last Man Standing and he is an executive producer on the show. Levy's film credits include Night at the Museum, the 2006 remake of The Pink Panther, Cheaper by the Dozen and Date Night.
- Richard Baker and Rick Messina have been Tim Allen's personal managers since 1989. Their TV credits include The Drew Carey Show, Small Doses and The Good Life. Their film credits include Allen's The Santa Clause and Jungle 2 Jungle films. The pair have also produced many stand-up comedy specials, including Tim Allen: Men Are Pigs.
